Suma heads Niswey, a business process automation company specializing in HubSpot and monday.com solutions. With over 29 years of experience in content marketing and marketing automation, she has been an entrepreneur since 2005. Suma joined YLP in November 2019 as a facilitator developer and has facilitated three batches of youth, contributing to the core team. 

As a facilitator developer, she finds that YLP is as empowering for her as it is for the youth. Suma has honed her skills in listening, asking questions and holding space for the groups to enable discussions and insights to emerge.
