I am Netra Deshmukh, based in Hyderabad with roots in Chikodi, Karnataka. My mission is to empower young children through education. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Bijapur University and diplomas in Early Childhood Care Education and Pre-School Management. I am also a certified Phonics, Reading, and Writing coach, and a Teen/Tween empowerment and mindfulness coach.

Currently, I work as an Early Childhood Educator at Shanti Primary School, a role I have cherished since 2017. The need for a better teacher for my son reignited my passion for education, inspiring me to create engaging learning environments and positively communicate with parents and teachers. TLP is helping me work towards my mission of empowering young children by becoming a facilitator and an awakened educational leader. I was a participant in the TLP program myself and have been an FD since 2022. I’m grateful for the opportunity to expand the community of awakened educators!
