I am a simple man on a continuous journey of learning in education. I completed my graduation and B.Ed from Delhi University, followed by post-graduation in two subjects. Starting as a primary teacher, I then served as a TGT Natural Science teacher for fifteen years before being selected as Principal through UPSC. Currently, I head RPVV Yamuna Vihar and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar SOSE Yamuna Vihar.

Joining the CLDP program as a participant was transformative, offering real-life leadership examples. Now, as a Facilitator Developer, I enjoy planning and delivering sessions, aiming to cultivate leaders who inspire and facilitate in the classroom.
