I have worked in DoE since 1994, starting as a Biology lecturer and later becoming Principal. I believe education leads children from ignorance to knowledge. I’ve served as a resource person in various programs and participated in numerous official trainings. Recognized with awards for teaching and community contributions, I’ve also been involved in CLDP as a facilitator. After retiring in December 2022, I became a Facilitator Developer, focusing on motivation and leadership. This role has been enriching, allowing me to conduct trainings and seminars with energy and enthusiasm, and receiving positive feedback from facilitators.
